REMCLUB is run by Thomas Urwin in the UK. Questions about your details: hello@remclub.co.uk.

• Your first name and email address.
• Your member number and the date you signed up.
• How you found us: the link you used (for example, your club's link, or who referred you).
• A scrambled version of your IP address, used only to stop bots signing up many times. We never store your actual IP address.
• Your survey answers, if you choose to give them. Some are about your sleep, which can count as health information. Every question is optional.

• The launch prize draw. Every founding member is entered. If you win, we'll email you.
• Emails about REMCLUB. News and offers, including when we launch and your founding member discount. You can unsubscribe from any email, any time.
• Deciding what we make. Survey answers shape the products, how they look and what they cost.
• Understanding what works. Which links and clubs bring people in.

Your consent, which you give when you sign up and when you answer the survey. You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us. For tracking which link or club you came from, and for stopping bots, we rely on our legitimate interests in knowing what's working and keeping sign-ups genuine.

We never sell your details. We use a small number of services to run REMCLUB, and they only process your details on our instructions:

• Convex, which stores sign-ups and survey answers.
• Vercel, which hosts this website and counts visits.
• An email service, to send you emails.

Some of these companies are based in, or store data in, the USA. Where your details leave the UK, they are protected by the safeguards UK law requires, such as the UK–US data bridge or standard contract clauses.

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If REMCLUB doesn't launch, we'll delete everything. Survey answers may be kept as anonymous totals (for example, “40% use earplugs”) that can't identify you.

You can ask us to:

• Show you what we hold about you.
• Correct it.
• Delete it.
• Stop using it, or send it to you in a portable format.

Email hello@remclub.co.uk and we'll reply within a month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

This site doesn't use cookies. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or identify you.

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
